Job Description:
Regional Director of Sales & Business Development - EMEA
PerSay, www.persay.com, a worldwide leader in voice biometrics, is interested in recruiting a Sales & Business Development Director for EMEA. The position requires experience in managing complex sales processes with financial services, telecom operators and other international enterprises, as well as developing distribution channels in relevant territories.

The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements:

• English mother tongue (verbal and written)
• An advantage to candidates with knowledge in European languages
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent writing abilities
• Highly motivated, independent and self-driven
• Fully competent in all MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel abroad frequently
• All candidates will be requested to provide recommendations

Professional Experience Requirements:
Candidates must possess proven experience in managing and closing complex sales processes with large organizations as well as managing and maintaining critical distribution channels.

• At least 3 years proven experience in International Sales & Business Development - mandatory
• Significant advantage for candidates with experience in sales in one or more of the following markets: banking, contact centers, security, speech technology

Education Requirements:
University degree in one of the three following fields:

• Economics & Business Administration
• Marketing
• Law
